We want you to love your fragrance. If you change your mind, you can return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to return
Email us at hello@theoudboutique.org with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Items we can't accept
For hygiene reasons we can't accept perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or had the cellophane or seal removed, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll put it right with a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
